The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia will be reported on the progress of assessment into swindling committed against a pensioner in Moscow

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee instructed the head of the Moscow Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, A.A. Strizhov, to report on the progress of the inspection organized in connection with the violation of the rights of a pensioner.

The TV media aired a story about an elderly woman who became a victim of a fraudulent scheme. After the pensioner returned from the hospital, she found out that her grandson had sold his share in the apartment to an unknown man, who immediately admitted strangers to the apartment - allegedly acquaintances, who intentionally created unbearable living conditions for the woman and demanded that she sell her share. The Moscow Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia initiated an initial investigation into this case.

The progress of execution of the instruction was put under supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
