A Belgian and Russian detained in Moscow suspected in child sex

The Central Investigation Department of the Russian Investigative Committee for Moscow has opened a criminal case against a 41-year-old Russian Yaroslav Yermolayev and 32-year-old Belgian national Bruno Vas. They are suspected of crimes stipulated by articles 134 and 135 of the Russian Criminal Code (illicit sexual relations or other sexual actions with a person who has not attained 16 years of age, depraved actions).

According to investigation, the accused from 31 July 2011 to 6 August 2011, committed sexual violence and depraved actions on underage boys.

The accused were detained by police officers of the Central Department of Interior Ministry in Moscow who arrived at the scene in a matter of minutes after getting a tip from a witness of what was happening in Kuntsevo district. At present all necessary investigative actions are under way to determine all circumstances of the crime. Investigation is to be continued.
