The investigative bodies of the West-Siberian Transport Investigation Department of the Russian Investigative Committee have opened a criminal case against the director of OOO SK Yenisei (Ltd.). He is suspected of a crime under part 2 of article 145.1 of the Russian Criminalc Code (non-payment of wages).

According to the investigators, in the period from August to December 2011, the founder and CEO of the company SK Yenisei did not pay wages to 13 employees of the company. As a result, the debt amounted to over 900 thousand rubles. But the available sum of 28 million rubles the CEO spent on different aims – settlements with suppliers, contractors and other contracting parties.

At present, investigative actions are being carries out to establish all circumstances of the crime. the investigation is to be continued.
