Check into Boeing-737 incident in Novosibirsk

On 30 June at about 3:30 a.m. Boeing-737 owned by YuTair airline carrying out flight No 583 Moscow (Vnukovo)-Novosibirsk landed in Tolmachovo airport of Novosibirsk.

According to preliminary information, after the landing an engine installation fire alarm went off. However the check showed that there wasn’t any fire. Nobody was hurt by the incident.

The West Siberian Transport Investigation Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee is carrying out a pre-investigation check into the fact.

At the moment measures are taken to establish all circumstances of the incident. A procedural decision will be made following the results of the check.
