Investigating bodies of the Moscow Central Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee under the resolution of the Basmanny district prosecutor’s office are carrying out pre-investigative check into organization of exhibition Spiritual Swearing at Modern Art Center Vinzavod for signs of a crime under part 1 of article 282 of the RF Criminal Code (incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as abasement of dignity of a person).

Viktor Bondarenko, organizer of the exhibition and Yevgenia Maltseva, artist have been summoned for explanations within the framework of the pre-investigative check. A procedural decision will be made after the check.
