Konstantin Lebedev charged with plotting mass riots

Today as part of investigation of a criminal case over plotting mass riots under proceedings in the Central Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee Konstantin Lebedev was officially charged with a crime under part 1 of article 30, part 1 of article 212 of the RF Criminal Code. In accordance with requirements of the Criminal procedure Code, charges were brought in presence of Lebedev’s lawyer, Violetta Volkova.

Lebedev does not plead guilty and refuses to give testimony.
