On 30 November 2013, the law enforcement bodies got a report that a teenager in grave condition had been delivered at the hospital in the town of Dudinka. The investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee in Krasnoyarsk Territory have launched a pre-investigating check into the incident.

According to preliminary data, the teenager drank alcohol with his sister’s 31-year-old cohabiter. They had a fight and the boy smashed the window and jumped from the fifth floor. At present all the circumstances of the incident are being established. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
