Today about 12 PM, a local vacuum explosion happened at heat and power plant No 16 located at the address: 14, 3^rd Khoroshevaskaya Street, when cleaning the tank for oil products. One person was killed and two were injured and taken to hospital. Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has launched a pre-investigating check into the incident.

All the circumstances of the incident are being established at the moment. The investigators are contemplating a criminal case. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
