On 14 December 2013, three courts in Moscow considered and satisfied all the petitions made by investigators to arrest the suspects in three criminal cases opened into armed attacks in police officers on 12 December 2013 in Komsomolsky Prospekt and Sevastopolsky Prospekt, on 13 December 2013, on Leningrad highway in Moscow, where two police officers were killed.

At present the suspects are in custody. In addition, in the near future restraint will be chosen for two other suspects in attacks in Komsomolsky Prospekt, who are now at hospital.

Investigators carry on gathering and consolidating evidence. In the near future, they are going to press the charges against the suspects depending on the role of each one in the crimes.
