The Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has found that Alexey Navalny multiple times violated the restraint imposed during the investigation into stealing and money laundering.

Namely, they found that the accused left the city of Moscow several times without a proper permission from the investigator and that he committed an administrative offence, for which was taken under administrative arrest. Due to these facts, investigators have applied to Moscow Basmanny Court asking to change Navalny’s restraint from release on recognizance to a house arrest.
