In Moscow, suspect in murder of Russia’s FTS employee arrested

The Moscow Main Investigations Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation is continuing to investigate the criminal case into the murder of an employee of the Federal Tax Service of Russia (Part 1 of Article 105 of the RF Criminal Code). A 53 -year-old resident of the Lipetsk region who had been repeatedly convicted was detained on suspicion of committing the crime.

September 10, the body of a 42-year-old employee of the Federal Tax Service of Russia with multiple stab wounds to the neck and torso was found in a car "Infinity" on the roadway on the Preobrazhenskaya Embankment.

Currently, the man has been charged with the crimes and remanded in custody. He admits guilt in committing the alleged acts. A motive to commit the crime was personal hostile relationships between the accused and the victim. The criminal investigation is ongoing.
