The Krasnoyarks Territory Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has launched a criminal investigation against the head of administration of Kozulka district, Krasnoyarsk Territory. He is suspected of a crime under part 4 of article 264 of the RF Penal Code (violation of road traffic code involving a death of a person).

According to initial version of the investigators, in the evening of 11 April 2014 the administrative head drove through the village of Kozulka and ran over a 55-year-old local resident. The man died of the injuries on the spot of the accident.

At present a number of investigating operations are underway to find out all the circumstances of the incident. Investigation is ongoing.
