Under the case brought against the Murmansk Regional Duma deputy Dmitry Gavrikov accused of attempted theft of property of "Murmansk Power Grid Company" in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles (Part 3 of Article 30, Part 4 of Article 159 of the RF Criminal Code), investigating bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Murmansk region are conducting investigative actions aimed at establishing an objective picture of what happened.

March 11, 2013 the offices of CJSC "Research and technology firm "Complex Systems" where the defendants in the criminal case Svetlana Prikhodko and Natalia Tyukacheva work, LLC "KRES "and LLC "KRES-Alliance" were searched. The investigators confiscated some items, documents and hard drives from office computers. All confiscated items are relevant to the criminal investigation and will be thoroughly examined.

Along with Prikhodko, Tyukacheva and Gavrikov who was put in the international wanted list, Mikhail Borodulin has been prosecuted. All defendants were taken into custody.

According to investigators, all persons involved in the case are affiliated to Gennady Shubin. The criminal investigation is ongoing.
