Natalya Dynkova and her son Nikolai accused of abusing office and inflicting losses on Defense Ministry studying files

517th military investigations department of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has started familiarizing Natalya Dynkova former CEO of OAO 439 Central Experimental Military Cartographic Factory of the Russian Defense Ministry and her son Nikolai Dynkov with materials of criminal investigation over infliction of material losses to owner by cashing in on a part of funds received from leasing real estate.

Dynkova is charged with a crime under part 1 of article 201 of the RF Criminal Code (abuse of office), Dynkov with paragraphs “a” and “b” of part 2 of article 165 of the RF Criminal Code (infliction of material loss to owner by a group of persons under a preliminary conspiracy and on an especially large scale).

According to investigators, on 30 September 2010, Natalya Dynkova concluded with OOO StroiAlliance (LLC), with her son Nikolai as a founder, knowingly disadvantageous and contradicting interests of the organization headed by her contract on letting on lease nonresidential premises in Moscow.

Nikolai Dynkov let the premises on sublease on the period from 25 October 2010 to 18 July 2012 to 56 different organizations. As a result the company he headed got a profit in the amount of more than 34 million rubles, but the factory received only 22.5 million rubles as a rental. This way the damage is 11.5 million rubles.

After the accused have studied the case it will be forwarded for the indictment to be approved and further into court.
