Experienced criminologists of Russia’s Investigative Committee sent to Penza region to provide practical assistance in investigation of 5-year-old boy disappearance

 Investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region are continuing the investigation of the criminal case on the fact of disappearance of Ilnur Kanislyamov born in 2008 (Paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code - kidnapping of a minor).

According to investigators, 15 April 2013 Ilnur Kanislyamov was at his grandmother’s place in the Maly Truyev village of the Kuznetsky district of the Penza region. The child was walking in the street near the pond. He was last seen about 14 hours. A 9-year-old girl from Maly Truyev said that she had seen the boy resembling Ilnur Kanislyamov, who had been getting into the car of an unknown man.

Criminologists of Russia’s Investigative Committee have been sent to Penza region to provide practical assistance in investigation.

Investigation and search operations aimed to establish all the circumstances of the incident are underway. The criminal investigation is ongoing.

The investigation of a criminal case has been taken under control by the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
