Today the Odintsovo City Court considered and granted the request of investigators to arrest Konstantin Tishkin suspected of killing a 10-year-old girl in the Odintsovsky District (subsections "c,m" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the RF Criminal Code - the murder of a minor, involving raping).

Konstantin Tishkin, born in 1985, previously not convicted, unemployed resident of the village of Malye Vyazemy, Odintsovsky District was arrested in his apartment as a result of investigative and search operations by officers of the First Directorate for the investigation of particularly important cases of the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region together with criminal police.

During searches the items that the suspect allegedly wore in the time of the offense were seized from his house. According to investigators, Tishkin had been studying the girl’s routes from home to school for about a week.

In the near future the suspect will be charged. Investigative operations aimed at collecting evidence of the involvement of the detainee in the crime are underway.
