The investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee for the Krasnodar Territory have launched a criminal case against the director of OOO “Agrosistemy” Group of Companies (LLC), suspected of tax evading on a very grand scale (paragraph “b” of part 2 of article 199 of the RF Criminal Code).

According to investigators, in the period from January 2009 to December 2011 the head of the company submitted the VAT declarations containing false information to the tax authority. As a result, he evaded tax payments exceeding 23 million rubles, which is classified as a very grand scale.

At the moment the necessary investigative operations aimed at establishing the circumstances of the crime are underway. The investigation is ongoing.
