In Trans-Baikal Territory criminal investigation launched in attack of stray dogs on child

Trans-Baikal investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have launched a criminal investigation in negligence of officials of administration of Ingodinsky district of the town of Chita following an attack of stray dogs on a 10-year-old boy (part 1 of article 293 of the RF Penal Code).

A forensic medical examination has been fixed to determine the gravity of the boy’s wounds. Other investigative operations are underway to find out all the circumstances of the incident.
