Saratov Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have finished investigating a criminal case against a head of a kindergarten charged with a crime under part 1 of article 286 of the RF Penal Code (abuse of authority).

According to investigators, in December 2012, the head of the kindergarten signed certificates of completion, while a contractor had not reconstructed the building or premises. Based on the signed certificates the company illegally received over 5 million rubles. As a result the facility’s legal rights and interests were violated.

The investigators have gathered enough evidence, so the case with the approved indictment has been sent to court to be tried on the merits.
