Alexander Bastrykin held a personal reception of citizens on 18 March 2015 in the Russia’s Investigative Committee. The Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee received 20 residents of the city of Moscow and Moscow Region, Kaluga, Ryazan and Tambov Regions, Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, the Republics of Bashkortostan, Buryatia and Dagestan.

The most of complaints addressed to Mr. Bastrykin during today’s personal reception concerned procedural decisions made over criminal cases investigated by investigating bodies in the said regions.

During the reception which took from 11 AM to 10 PM, all citizens were received. Following the personal reception Mr. Bastrykin gave explicit orders to heads of a number of territorial investigating bodies. Progress of reviewing all complaints and applications accepted is under personal control of the Chairman.
