The investigating bodies of Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continue investigating a criminal case opened in a crime under part 3 of article 30, paragraph “g’ of part 2 of article 105 of the RF Penal Code (attempted murder committed by a group of people).

It has been reported earlier that, on 20 June 2015, at about 11 PM, two young women aged 28 and 29 who live in a block of flats in Slavyansky Boulevard in Moscow, drank alcohol with an acquaintance of theirs aged 27, whom they had met the day before and invited to their flat. They had a fight and threw their guests from the window on the 6^th floor. The victim was taken to hospital with many injuries. On 13 July 2015, the woman came round and was able to tell the details of what had happened.

The day before, the two women were charged. Today following a request of the investigators the court has ruled to place both of them in custody pending trial. The investigation is ongoing.
