The investigating bodies of Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have launched a criminal investigation in a crime under part 3 of article 204 of the RF Penal Code (commercial bribery).

According to investigators, CEO of ZAO Dom soyuzov (Ltd.) Alexander Bulgakov received from the CEO of another firm engaged in entertainment events over 300 thousand rubles as an illegal fee for employing the firm for organizing banquets and stand-up parties not stated in the agreement.

Bulgakov has been detained thanks to well-planned and held investigative and search operations. At present he is under house arrest and will soon be charged. The investigation is ongoing.
