The Moscow Directorate of the Investigative Committee continues investigation into a crime under Part 1 of Article 105 of the RF Penal Code (Murder) and part 1 of Article 222 (Illegal circulation of firearms).

According to investigators, in the evening of February 4, 2016, a 29-year-old who lives in an apartment building in 3^rd Frunzenskaya Street in Moscow shot a representative of a collector during the distraining in the presence of officials of the bailiffs service. The man died on the scene.

The investigators are looking into different versions of the crime, including personal a debt-induced conflict. This version seems more likely as the suspect could have killed the bailiffs as well, but did not do that.

Today, following a request of investigators, a court has ruled to remand the suspect in custody pending trial. The investigators are going to press charges soon. The Investigation is ongoing.
