The Moscow Directorate of the Investigative Committee has initiated criminal proceedings against Abduvakhob Madzhidoyev and Ruslan Shamsuarov and other people suspected of crimes under Part 2 of Article 213 and Article 319 of the RF Penal Code (hooliganism, insult of representatives of authority).

On the morning 22 May 2016, several young people in a Mercedes Gelandwagen with Abduvakhov Madzhidov at the wheel in Leninsky avenue in Moscow violated traffic code. They were speeding, crossing solid lines, veering to sidewalks and lawns. Creating dangerous situation they tried to escape from the police officers. They filmed it all on the camera and posted the video in one of social networks supplementing it with offences of the police.

A forensic linguistics inquiry has been assigned to assess the statements made by the suspects. All participants of the events are going to be questioned, including the police officers who will watch the video and explain in details the actions of each of the suspects. Other necessary investigative operations will also be carried out. I assure that the investigation will be thorough and careful and an objective decision will be made after it is finished.
