The Khabarovsk Territory Office of the Investigative Committee has taken up an investigation opened by the police into a crime under Part 1 of Article 145 of the RF Penal Code (cruelty to animals).

As became known earlier from media reports, two young women published photos in social networks showing them torturing dogs. Users wrote that the women took animals that were given to friendly hands and then would torture them making photos of the whole process and then posting the pictures online.

The cruelty with which the suspects treated the animals makes normal people indignant and disgusted. Investigators will do everything to find out everything about what happened and to bring the guilty ones to justice.
