Employees of Investigative Committee’s Khabarovsk Territory Office visit inmates of sponsored infant home and set hand-made starling-houses and birdfeeders

1 April is the International Bird Day. Employees of the Khabarovsk Territory Office of the Investigative Committee together with students of the office-sponsored cadet class visited inmates of a supported infant home in the city of Khabarovsk. Together with the children they set up several starling-houses and birdfeeders they had made. The investigators and cadets also gave the children sweets and balloons.

The investigative authority and the facility have been friendly for many years. The employees took the children under their patronage in 2009: they buy toys, sports gear, household appliances and many other things the boys and girls need. In addition, they regularly take the children to visit interesting places – a zoo, funfairs, children’s parks.

As of today in the Khabarovsk specialized infant home there are 105 children aged between 1 month and 4 years.
