Following the order of the head of the Investigative Committee’s Moscow Region Directorate, a check has been launched in the information reported during direct line with President Vladimir Putin broadcast by the Channel One about illegal construction of apartment buildings near Kuchino refuse dump located in Balashikha District.

Investigators has established by now that officials of the Balashikha Urban District administration despite the current laws and legal rights and interests of citizens issued permission to construct apartment buildings around the landfill opened in 1964.

During the check the investigators are going to give all-round legal assessment to the actions of the administration’s officials, inspectorates and representatives of the constructing company. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
