A woman from the town of Oryol addressed President Vladimir Putin during live broadcast of the Direct Line with the President.

The woman said that she had not been receiving essential medicines for six months and had had to seek justice in courts which violates her rights and legal interests.

The Oryol Region Office of the Investigative Committee has launched a check into the report. Investigators are going to give impartial legal assessment to the omission of officials. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
