Alexander Bastrykin holds working meeting at St. Petersburg Academy of Investigative Committee

A working meeting led by Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin has been held today at the Saint Petersburg Academy of Investigative Committee.

Along with the Academy’s administration the meeting was attended by acting head of the Logistics Directorate, Colonel of Justice Rif Gaifutdinov, acting director of the Saint Petersburg Cadet School of the Investigative Committee, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Dmitry Kizilov.

The Chairman heard the report made by the chancellor of the Academy on execution of orders of the Chairman and first-priority tasks. Mr. Bastrykin supported scientific forums and events for the development international cooperation and organization of admission campaign, and offered to create the union of veterans of investigation at the Academy to instill patriotism and tolerance in students.

A special focus of the meeting was made on developing resources and renovation in the campus, as well as taking planned steps for opening the Saint Petersburg Cadet School of the Investigative Committee.

The Chairman made a number of recommendations and set tasks regarding further development of Investigative Committee’s educational institutions.
