A team of authors from among professors and teachers of the Moscow Academy of the Investigative Committee have prepared and published textbook Criminal Law. The General Part under general editorship of Chairman of the RF Investigative Committee, honored lawyer of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Law, Professor, General of Justice of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin and under scientific editorship of Professor of Criminal Law Department at the O.Y. Kutafin State Law University of Moscow (MGUA), Doctor of Law, Professor Alecander Chuchayev.
The textbook was made in compliance with the curriculum of criminal law for the criminal law major of legal support of national security. It takes into account amendments and additions made to the RF Criminal Code and new laws, subordinate legislation and resolutions of the RF Supreme Court’s Plenary Session. The theory is provided with examples from investigative and court practices.
The textbook is designed for students and teachers of Investigative Committee’s universities, as well as for employees of the Investigative and other law-enforcement authorities and practicing lawyers.
