According to media reports, a shell hit from the Ukrainian territory was recorded in the village of Kudinovka, Rostov Oblast, 20 kilometers from the border. According to preliminary information, no one was injured.

Chairman of the IC of Russia Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the investigators of the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia to document this shell hit on the Rostov Oblast territory and thoroughly investigate the circumstances of the incident, taking exhaustive measures to identify all the perpetrators.
