According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Ukrainian servicemen are preparing another provocation to accuse Russia of alleged mass killings of civilians in the city of Irpen, Kiev Oblast. It is reported that SBU officers intend to transport from the morgue the bodies of local residents who died in the shelling launched by the artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in order to carry out a staged action of Russia's alleged war crimes.

The Investigative Committee will give a legal evaluation of the actions of those who planned to spread deliberately false information about Russian troops.
