unidentified explosive device, with a capacity of up to 5 kilograms of TNT and
equipped with striking elements in the form of stumps of metal wire of about 5
millimeters in diameter, metal fittings and metal balls went off in the
International Arrivals Hall at 4:30 p.m.
Particular attention is given to the establishment of consequence of all the circumstances that preceded the tragedy. For this purpose, a special team of investigators, which is examining confiscated in the airport documentation regulating the activities of the airport security service, was formed. The investigators will also find the role of controlling bodies that were responsible for the way how the owners of the airport comply with all applicable laws regarding the safety of passengers and airport visitors of "Domodedovo". It is now found that the terrorist almost did not make much effort to get into the hall, where the explosion occurred, because in fact there was no adequate system for monitoring the entrance to the premises of the airport.
