As part of investigating a criminal case over a fire at a plant in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District CEO of OOO Invest-Oil (LLC) is charged with a crime under part 3 of article 217 of the RF Criminal Code (violation of safety rules at an explosive facility which entail death of two or more people).

We remind that, the fire occurred on 29 September 2012, at 11:50 a.m. at the oil slam processing floor of OOO Invest-Oil. The fire killed 11 people, 6 were injured.

Investigators continue establishing people involved in the crime. Investigation is to be continued.
