Main Military Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee, Military Prosecutor General’s Office and Yekaterina Smetanova charged with swindling in selling assets of OAO Oboronservis (OJSC) have concluded a cooperation agreement. Under the agreement Smetanova undertakes to assist investigators in investigating the crimes she is charged with, exposing and prosecution of persons involved in unlawful activity and to give testimonies on transactions arranged by OOO Center of Legal Support “Expert” (LLC) in the interests of OAO Oboronservis.

At present Smetanova is giving testimonies about the circumstances of the crimes. Investigation is to be continued.
