In Moscow accused of organization of illegal migration internationally wanted

Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continue investigating a criminal case opened on 15 October 2013 against senior officials and employees of ZAO Novye Cheryomushki over signs of the crime under part 2 of article 322.1 of the RF Penal Code (organization of illegal migration).

On 19 February 2014, an order was issued to prosecute in absentia member of the board of directors, owner of 70% of shares of ZAO Novye Cheryomushki Igor Isayev as the accused and he was put on the federal list of wanted criminals. According to investigators, as a member of an organized group and having considerable amount of resources he financed and arranged various events directed at organizing illegal migration. Namely, on his order, some of hangars were refit for living quarters. Isayev also partook in construction of a hotel in the territory of a fruit and vegetable depot.

Today Isayev was put on an international list of wanted.

In the near future three more leaseholders are going to be prosecuted for organization of illegal migration.
