The Russia’s Investigative Committee continues investigating a criminal case over stealing money from the party Union of Right Forces containing signs of a crime under part 4 of article 159 of the RF Criminal Code (swindling).

According to investigators in April 2007 the political party Union of Right Forces and the company Allekt signed an agreement on advertising services. In its turn the company Allekt headed by Navalny transferred the money to the accounts of firms most of which had signs of sham companies or phony companies. Moreover there were no documents confirming execution of the agreement.

Today as part of investigation of this case investigators of the Main Investigations Directorate have questioned as a witness Kirov Region Governor Nikita Belykh.

Investigators are also planning to question president of Russian public movement Union of Right Forces Leonid Gozman and co-chairman of the political party Republican Party of Russia – Party of Peoples Freedom, member of bureau of federal political council of united democratic movement Solidarity – Boris Nemtsov, who together with Belykh in 2008 were in leadership of the political party Union of Right Forces.
