Investigators seize documents from S 7 Training which trained pilots of jetliner crashing in Kazan

The Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continue investigating a criminal case into signs of a crime under part 3 of article 263 of the RF Penal Code (violation of safety standards for traffic and operation of air transport entailing by negligence death of two or more people) over the Boeing-737 plane crash in Kazan.

During the probe investigators are going to look at the circumstances in which the crew of the crashed jetliner were trained. In this view the investigators have confiscated documents from the autonomous non-commercial educational organization S 7 Training, where the crews take development and retraining courses on Boeing-737. The investigators seized the retraining curriculums, journals of training, and other documents stating the estimation of the skills of the crashed Boeing pilots and other pilots, who were trained together with them.

At this time the identification of the dead bodies is still underway. As of today 29 bodies have been identified.
