In Moscow former employee of Defense Ministry and her son found guilty of property damage to state

A court has recognized the evidence gathered by the 517th military investigations department of the Russia’s Investigative Committee located in Moscow sufficient to convict former CEO of OAO 439th Experimental Military Cartography Factory of the Russian Ministry of Defense Natalya Dynkova and her son Nikolai Dynkov. They were found guilty of a crime under paragraphs “a” and “b” of part 2 of article 165 of the RF Penal Code (infliction of property damage to the owner, committed by a group of persons in a previous concert and causing especially large damage).

The court and investigators found that in autumn of 2010 Dynkova concluded with OOO StroyAlians, whose founder was her son Nikolai Dynkov, a knowingly unprofitable and contradictory to the interests of the organizations, she was in charge of, on letting on lease non-residential premises in buildings 1-6, No 9, Bolshaya Polyanka Street, Moscow, at knowingly understated rent. In his turn Nikolai Dynkov, let the premises on sublease for the period between 25 October 2010 and 18 July 2012 to 56 different outside organizations. As a result his firm got a profit of 34 million rubles, while the factory received on its account only 22.5 million rubles.

To compensate the material damage to the state, the court arrested Dynkov’s flat worth 11.5 million rubles.

The court has sentenced Natalya Dynkova to 3 years in prison, Nikolai Dynkov – to 2 years to be served in a settlement penal colony and a fine of 50 thousand rubles each.
