In Krasnoyarsk Territory criminal investigation against Vilor Struganov, leader of organized group, finished

The Krasnoyarsk Territory investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have finished investigating a criminal case against Vilor Struganov charged with crimes under article 17, paragraphs “e” and “h” of Article 102 of the RSFSR Penal Code (organization of the murder of two or more people), part 3 of article 33, paragraphs “a” and “g” of article 105 of the RF Penal Code (organization of murder by a group in a previous concert), part1 of article 222 of the RF Penal Code (illegal purchase, transmission, sale, storage of firearms).

According to investigators, between 1994 and 1998, members of an organized group committed contract murders in the Krasnoyarsk Territory with the purpose to redistribute areas of criminal influence. The leader of the group a 52-year-old man born in the Kemerovo Region, known among criminals as “Pasha Tsvetomuzyka” was internationally wanted for a murder.

The investigators have gathered enough evidence, so the case has been forwarded for the indictment to be approved and later will be sent to court to be tried on the merits.
