Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has been charged with a procedural check in violations of rights of retired people and deceit in providing services to them which became known from the story in TV show “Man and Law” on the First Channel.

The authors of the story say that there is a firm called OOO RUSBUTY in Moscow which not giving full information in its advertisements took advantage of credulity and forced to buy certain goods. Investigators are going to check legality of the company’s activity and interview the victims.

A procedural decision will be made following the check.
