Moscow Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have detained a suspect of a crime under part 1 of article 105 of the RF Penal Code (murder).

It was reported before that a dead body of a 28-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds of torso, limbs and face was found on 24 February 2015, about 4 PM, 500 meters from the 84^th km of motorway Moscow – Nizhny Novgorod in the direction of the village Krolchatnik, Orekhovo Zuyevo District.

It has been preliminarily revealed that during a spontaneous conflict the suspect shot the car with two men inside from a submachine gun. One of the men was killed and the other was wounded and taken to hospital.

During the examination of the scene 19 5.45 mm empty cases were found in snow.

A number of investigating and search operations are under way to find out all the circumstances of the crime. The investigation is ongoing.
