In Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, former chief doctor to stand trial for series of crimes

The Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District-Yugra investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have finished a probe against former chief doctor of Policlinic of the village of Bely Yar Lyudmila Annenskaya. She is charged with crimes under part 1 of article 285 of the RF Penal Code (absue of power), part 3 of article 159 (fraud), part 3 of article 159.2 (fraud with compensations using official position) and part 1 of article 292 (forgery).

According to investigators, in January 2014, Annenskaya fictitiously employed her relative at the hospital, aware that he was not going to do the job. The man illegally got wages which were paid and divided among the employees of the policlinic.

In addition, in March 2015, Annenskaya signed an application of her unemployed relative for paying compensations for paying for a trip to Bulgaria and material aid. She spent the money to her own ends.

In 2014 and 2015, Annenskaya got wages and different bonuses for functions she did not implemented in the same hospital. The financial schemes were accompanied by putting different kind of false information into official HR and bookkeeping documents.

As a result of her actions the hospital suffered damage of over 1.2 million rubles.

The investigators have enough evidence so the criminal case has been sent to court to be tried on the merits.
