Due to death of the bass-guitarist of the "lyube" band accused's actions are re-qualified for more grievious article by the investigative committee

The investigating bodies of the Main investigation department of the Russia's Investigative committee for the Moscow Region has accepted for proceedings the criminal case with a connection to death of the 40 y.o. guitarist of "Lyube" band Pavel Usanov. Investigation of the criminal case has been assigned to the most experienced investigators of the Main investigation department of the Russia's Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region.

According to investigation data, on April 2, 2016 the conflict between Usanov and 38-year old resident of the Solnechnogorskiy district Maxim Dobrym took place in Ozereck village of Dmitrovskiy district, when the accused struck the musician into the head. As a result the victim was hospitalized in unconscious state to the N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Medicine. Despite provided medical care, the musician died in the evening on April 19 without even resuscitating.

In a connection with the musician's death Main Investigation Department of the Russia's Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region investigators have requalified the accused's action for more grievious article namely Article 111, part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grave harm to health which entailed the death of a victim because of carelessness). At present the accused is being in custody. In the next time necessary investigations will be conducted with him.

It is absolutely obvious this is an intended, capital crime. There are no doubts that the investigators of the Investigative committee will conduct full, comprehensive, objective investigation in short terms. The motives, as well as circumstances in which the crime was committed will be established for the guilty one to sustain condign punishment.
