The Russia’s Investigative Committee has information that rewards were offered to not only teenagers, but other people for participation in an unauthorized campaign in Moscow on 26 March if they got caught by the police. At present the Major Cases Directorate is checking the information as part of an investigation in disorderly behavior under Part 213, an attempt on a law-enforcer under Article 317 and use of violence against a representative of the authority under Article 318 of the RF Penal Code.
