In Moscow Region, local resident to stand trial for killing five members of Wild Hears biker club in Yegoryevsk District

The Moscow Region Office of the Investigative Committee has finished the criminal proceedings against a 28-year-old resident of Yegoryevsk District charged with killing 5 members of the Wild Hearts biker club in Yegoryevsk District under Part 2, item “a” of Article 105 of the RF Penal Code.

According to investigators, on the night of 8 May 2016, five men and the accused had a conflict near an abandoned brewery in the village of Chelokhovo, Yegoryevsk District. The accused shot at the men from a hunting rifle and stabbed them. All five of them died on the scene. The crime was witnessed by two women who had come with the victims. The accused fled the scene.

The accused was detained near his house during well-planned investigative and search operations. He confessed to the crime and gave detailed testimony.

The investigators ran over 20 forensic inquiries and questioned more than 20 witnesses.

Now the investigators have enough evidence so the criminal case with the signed indictment has been referred to court.
