The Saint Petersburg Office of the Investigative Committee has initiated criminal proceedings against a 40-year-old dentist and co-founder of a company suspected of fraud under Part 3 of Article 159 of the RF Penal Code.

According to investigators, in 2014, the suspect deluded a 43-year-old local resident about the amount of dental care services needed to her and pulled out 22 healthy teeth, made subquality bridges and got from her more than 843 thousand rubles.

At present, the investigators are checking if the suspect committed other similar crimes. The suspect is now expecting charges and restraint. The investigation is ongoing.
