The IC of Russia has established new facts of projectiles hitting the territory of Rostov Oblast as a result of incessant shelling from the territory of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, on February 19, 2022, at about 5 a.m., unidentified persons, while on the territory of Ukraine, used a multiple launch rocket system to shell the border area of ​​ Tarasovsky Raion of Rostov Oblast, as a result of which at least two projectiles were fired, which did not reach the territories of settlements, fell at a distance of about 300 meters from the borders of the village of Mityakinskaya and did not detonate. There are no civilian casualties.

In the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation initiated a criminal case on this fact on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 2 pf Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder in a socially dangerous way).
