Large quantity of propaganda production and literature with anti-government slogans, electronic databases and computers containing information relevant for investigation have been seized from flats of Sergey and Anastasia Udaltsovs, State Duma Deputy assistant Ilya Ponomaryov, Maria Baronova, Ilya Yashin and Ksenia Sobchak during the searches made by the Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee within the case over mass riots on 6 May on Bolotnaya Ploshchad in Moscow.

A large sum of European and American currency distributed in more than 100 envelopes (no less than 1 million euros) has been seized from the flats of I. Yashin and K. Sobchak. Investigators are probing into the origin of the money and its purposes.

I would like to stress, that all searches were carried out in strict accordance with the norms of Criminal Procedure Code and the investigators acted most civilly.

The searches are under way in flats of Aleksey Navalny and Aleksey Sakhnin, as well as other flats of Ilya Yashin.

Boris Nemtsov is still hiding from investigation, therefore investigators are unable to make an authorized search at his place.

All the individuals, whose flats had been searched, were summoned to interrogation on 12 June in the Investigative Committee.
