From 10 to 12 June 2012, in the territory of the Kemerovo region 2 people were fatally injured on a railway. Investigating bodies of the West-Siberian Transport Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee are carrying out a pre-investigative check into the facts.

It was preliminarily discovered that on 10 June 2012, at night, a cargo train fatally injured a 23-year-old man at stage of the stations Yurga – Bolotnaya. The same incident took place at night of 11 June 2012. On the stage of stations Belovo – Bachata a freight train, despite the emergency braking, could not avoid running over a 31-year-old woman.

At present all circumstances of the incidents are being clarified. procedural decisions will be made following the results of the checks.
